Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I wasn't crazy about this recipe until I added the cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream. After all of that is added, this is a very good soup! I also added a can of green chilies and some cayenne pepper. Very good!

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

This was a hit at my party. I didn't use the almonds and will probably try them them the next time I make this. I will also decrease the amount of relish the next time to make it a little less sweet, but it was great!
