Original Recipe French Toast
First time making French Toast and it was yummy! I used cinnamon raisin bread instead of King's Hawaiian. My only problem with this recipe is that they don't tell you what level of heat to fry the bread over. I started at medium heat and burned a few pieces before turning the burner down, but our stove runs a little hot.

Banana Bran Zucchini Bread
Delicious! I made a few substitutions because I didn't have all the ingredients on hand, but it seems to be a robust recipe that can take a fair amount of fiddling and still turn out well. Oh, and taking the suggestions of others here, I did cut down on both the sugar and maple syrup by quite a bit. Maple syrup is expensive and half the amount called for works just fine if you add in a little more liquid elsewhere.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
Instead of cooking spray (ewww!) we brushed the asparagus with olive oil. Per some suggestions we also browned the butter. The rest of the recipe we followed exactly. I thought the cooking time could have been reduced by a minute or two, but we like our vegetables crisp and fresh tasting, not mushy. Even so, it was delicious! A five star recipe.
