Dinah's Baked Scallops
you can't really go wrong with good scallops, so make sure they're fresh. the sauce was light and lovely, but i did not get as much of a 'crunch' on top as i'd like. i'll try this recipe again with less butter mixture and broiling for a couple minutes at the end.

Tzatziki Sauce
good recipe with a couple adjustments because it would end up much too runny if followed exactly. i drained yogurt and lightly salted/drained shredded cucumbers... both overnight over colanders- resulted in a very thick, lucious sauce! served with garlic pita chips and they were wonderful!

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
YUM~!! i used craisins soaked in orange liqueur + pecans + orange zest and later drizzled with milk chocolate once cooled. i made a batch of these for the holidays and they shipped very well and got GREAT reviews. the recipe created very 'tender' biscotti- a million times better than those sold elsewhere.
