Mexican Bean Salad
Thought this was very tasty. Refreshing on a hot day served on romaine with a little salsa on top (didn't add tomatoes like some did to the salad), sour cream and sprinkled with Colby Jack shredded cheese. Also added avocado to the salad. Yum! I will be making this again!
