Happily married mother of 2 growing sons!! I'm Italian so it goes without saying... Christmas Eve in an Italian family is the mother of all holidays. The Feast of the Seven Fish has been celebrated in my family forever. From my grandmother's (Nonna) to my father's kitchen, nothing smells or tastes better than home cooking. I made a 9# beef tenderloin stuffed with lobster and pancetta for Christmas dinner one year for 14 people. It was fantastic! Expensive, but worth it. Seems my table continues to grow each year for Christmas dinner and I have to believe that it was this fabulous dinner that brings them (and more) back each year.
