Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage
Delicious way to use the summer veggies we got at the farmer's market today! I used purple ruffle basil from our garden, fresh onions from the market, zuke, yellow & red peppers. I used only 2 tsp of olive oil, added a little chicken broth for moisture, but the veggies added plenty. Oh, also added Spike seasoning. A little trick with sausage - squeeze out little 'balls' of the sausage from the casing into pan. Quick turkey sausage meatballs!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
Made these tonight and they are soooo flavorful!! I don't usually enjoy turkey burgers, but these were delicious. I used Swiss cheese, and made a chipotle mayo for on top, as I don't use buns, very tasty! I did tweak the recipe a bit - a clove of fresh garlic, NO onion/garlic powder, and 3 tsp of seasoned salt (mine was salt-free) and 1 tsp kosher salt! Oh, and I added an extra chipotle!
