Three-Cheese Green Bean Casserole
I ended up adding some soy creamer (or half and half if you prefer) to this because it was a little dry and not as creamy as I had hoped. But still delicious!

Matty's Brie Cheese Fondue
I absolutely love this fondue! A little tip: I mix the cornstarch with a bit of water to make a sort of paste, then add that to the pot with the wine and cheese. I think that helps the cornstarch "set" and give the fondue thickness. Otherwise I've had it come out too lumpy.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
these didn't come out as good as I hoped, so I think I'd tool around with the recipe next time. But still delicious!
