I learned everything about cooking from my grandmother. When she passed away in 1997, I was the one who got all the recipies in her box and all of her treasured kitchen serving plates & bowls. My daughter is the light of my life. I am trying to pass on all of my cooking skills on to her. Anything chicken... Thanksgiving was huge at my grandmother's. I still make my grandmother's tradtional menu but change up the dressing recipe. The first attempt at Carbanara, I wasn't sure if my daughter would eat it but now she requests it once a week.
