Pear Zucchini Bread
This recipe is wonderful! My boyfriend ate half a loaf immediately out of the oven. The only thing that could make it better, is more spice. Maybe cinnamon or just more of the pumpkin pie spice. All in all, loved it.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
Awesome Recipe! I use it all the time. Except instead of wheat flour, I'll use spelt. Adding a bit of cinnamon gives the tortillas a desert taste that goes great with honey.

Apple Pumpkin Muffins
Awesome Recipe! Tastes Great! I added some extras like chocolate chips and raisins. And instead of two cups of apple, i shredded 1 apple and smashed in a banana with the pumpkin mixture. Then right before it went in the oven, I sprinkled it with granola. Great morning treat!
