Omelet Biscuit Cups
Very versatile and portable dish, I love the idea to freeze them and then reheat! The only problem I had is that the biscuit dough I used rose too much, but next time I will put less dough in each cup. Thanks for sharing this tasty recipe!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Fluffy, easy, delicious. Two things to note: keep your butter cold, and only add as much milk as you need to bring your dough together. I added almost the entire cup and my dough ended up a little too moist. I got it back to a workable moisture level but it would have been easier if I had just added the milk more slowly from the beginning. Also, I had a little bit of dough left over so I made a mini batch of monkey bread. It was FANTASTIC with this recipe! I'm going to make this again tomorrow and perhaps add a splash of vanilla to the dough for a new batch of monkey bread. Yum!

Creamy Cheesy Scrambled Eggs with Basil
Mmmm this was a quick and easy breakfast. The only thing I added was a sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese on top, just because I like the bite. I think this would be great to serve for breakfast or brunch if you're having people over...it's fresh, quick, can easily be made in large quantities if you multiply the recipe, and the basil adds an unexpected twist that makes this dish seem a little more "gourmet" than regular old scrambled eggs. Thanks timbertiger!
