As the daughter of a professional cook, I hate to admit that I really know nothing about cooking. Fortunately, my husband loves to be in the kitchen and is teaching me things I should have learned years ago. I really enjoy baking, especially cookies and cakes. My mom's favorite meal to prepare is breakfast, and fortunately her love of breakfast food has rubbed off on me. I love whipping up vegetarian meals. I was a vegetarian for six years before I reintroduced poultry and seafood back into my diet.
