Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Very good recipe....enough for 8 servings. I used 1 cup of warm milk and half a cup of butter. A hint of garlic powder and some salt & pepper. Hubby loved it :)

I use a cap full of vanilla extract and 5 eggs...YUM!

Tangy Chicken Breasts
Use only 1/3 instead of 1 cup for 4 pieces of chicken. I added some salt, pepper, and some oregano. It was a great and simple recipe!
