Bacon and Roquefort Stuffed Burgers
Of all the burger-on-the-grill variations we make in summer, this one is requested by my husband most often. Highly recommended!

World's Best Lasagna
This is, far and above, the best lasagna recipe I have ever found! I get requests for the recipe every time I make it, and my husband always asks for a double-batch of the sauce so we can make spaghetti later in the week. TIP: I use oven-ready lasagna noodles, and they work fine.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
My husband and I loved this, so when my mom needed a main dish for a church dinner for 18 adults, I made her a batch. She loved it, and so did the church group. It was "just different enough" to still be a crowd-pleaser. The only changes I made were for convenience. I used a can of peeled/diced tomatoes, substituted jar spaghetti sauce for a can since I had it on hand, and used bulk Italian sausage instead of removing the casings. Still tasted great!
