No Sugar Apple Pie
I just made this and have to say--this apple pie is genius! Seriously, it is unbelievably good. I used a homemade pie crust (but just one--I made a crust by sprinkling pecans on the top), used 5 Granny Smith apples (which I let simmer on the stove for about 20-30 minutes), and 2 tbsps of cinnamon instead of 1. This is one of the best apple pies I have ever had! You don't miss the sugar at all--it tastes perfectly sweet.

Baklava
amazing. i made this after a trip to turkey and it tasted just as good (if not better, in some cases) as the real deal. a turkish rug dealer who came to visit said it was the best baklava he had ever had in the states. then again he was trying to sell rugs, but still. it really is that good!

Quick Peanut Butter Cookies
these are amazingly easy and as an added bonus, they're gluten free. a huge hit with everyone and great to bring to a party where one person can't eat flour. They're especially good with chunky peanut butter (the extra nuts gives them a nice texture) and sugar sprinkled on top.
