They were excellent. I did make the changes many noted - including using a 29 oz can of pumpkin and adding a tsp of pumpkin pie spice and only 3 eggs. It does puff up like a cake - I think next time I'll use less baking powder. I didn't have a jelly roll pan, so I used two 8x8 pans. For the frosting I used 6oz of cream cheese. Will make again!

Excellent! I used the suggestions and made some rolled in regular sugar with a hershey kiss mint truffle in the middle after cooking. VERY GOOD! Also made some the regular way and put chocolate chips in them. Excellent either way!

These are very good!! I did saute the onion and I used canned spinach (drain the water). Also used a combo of cheeses and went a little lighter on the butter. They turned out so yummy! I'll definitely make this again.
