Paul's Pumpkin Bars
They were excellent. I did make the changes many noted - including using a 29 oz can of pumpkin and adding a tsp of pumpkin pie spice and only 3 eggs. It does puff up like a cake - I think next time I'll use less baking powder. I didn't have a jelly roll pan, so I used two 8x8 pans. For the frosting I used 6oz of cream cheese. Will make again!
