Gingerbread Boy Cookies
Yum! I like these because they don't have an overpowering "spice" flavor. Also, they are soft-ish with crunchy edges when done right (I cooked mine for 6 min.). The dough seems kind of runny and sticky right after you mix it, but after you divide it and chill it for at LEAST 2 hours, it is very easy to work with- and this is coming from someone who usually has trouble with dough. So I wouldn't recommend adding flour, though it seems tempting. The recipe is really good as is. Thanks!!

Ricotta Cookies III
These are so fluffy and soft! They have a slightly cake-like texture and are delicately sweet and creamy. Delicious! I used the sugar cookie glaze recipe found here on Allrecipes.com and drizzled it over the top. Perfect! I chose not to add sprinkles because I thought it would be too crunchy for the delicate cookie. They are easy drop cookies to make, too. My family was crazy about them, will definitely be making them again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Absolutely delicious. Super moist. I made this for my mother-in-law's birthday and it was a big hit. We all fought over the left-overs. I took another reviewers advice and used 1/2 the oil and it was perfect, anymore oil and I don't see how the cake would have baked through. I also baked it at 325 for about 55 min. YUM! We'll be having this again and again:)
