Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Great recipe. I don't use powdered garlic or powdered onion, so I diced the garlic very finely and added it to the rub, but rather than adding onion to the rub, I simply sliced the onion into half inch thick slices layered the bottom of the baking dish with the onion and placed the roast on top of this when baking. The drippings made a GREAT gravy.

Chicken El Dermie Le Hermie
Quick and easy and a crowd pleaser. But I don't use spread or garlic powder. Minced a clove of garlic and nuked it with some butter instead. Brushed that on the legs. Lots of salt and pepper and that's it. How can it be so simple?

Parmesan Chicken II
So easy. I think cheap parmesan and lots of salt and pepper are the key. We all love this, even picky 3 year olds.
