Black Bean And Corn Salad II
I made this for a potluck and everyone loved it! I did add a couple diced fresh jalapeños and a little chili powder to the dressing, which added a little bite, but not too much. I'll make this again, for sure!

Steakhouse Black Bread
This was very good. It took a little longer for the loaf to rise than it indicated and we felt the restaurant version was a little sweeter, so next time will increase the brown sugar. But a very good recipe!

Creme Brulee French Toast
This was delicious, but very sweet. Be sure to pair it with some bacon or sausage. Also, better fresh and warm. Not quite as good as leftovers.
