After reading the reviews I was a little worried about making these. They were either incredibly delicious or inedible. Well I ended up trying them out. The texture isn't great they are too crunchy and starchy not moist at all, and definately dont melt-away. The taste was way too buttery, I'm glad I decided to add extra lemon to the dough- if I didnt I'm not sure this cookie would have been palatable. Although I did not find anything wrong with the frosting, it was quick, easy, and delicious.
