Three Berry Pie
Fabulous!!!! A new family favorite. We froze the remainder of the pie dough we prepared Thanksgiving week so the whole pie was so easy. We plan to make it again for New Years Eve.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
Yummy!! I brought this to 2 events this week and both times it disappeared. I had fresh spinach on hand so I steamed and drained it. I Forgot to chop it but I think it added flavor that way. Everyone thought it was great the way it was. I served it with pita chips which worked well. This is a keeper.

Baked Pork Chops I
My husband proclaimed "These are the best pork chops I've ever had!" I agree! I browned them a little longer and initially baked them for only 40 minutes before adding cream of mushroom mix. The chops were very moist and the sauce was wonderful.
