Hasselback Potatoes
An easy way to slice these without cutting through is to use two cutting boards (same height) - one of each side of the potato. Very easy. My family really didn't like the potatoes as much as I wished.

Banana Pudding IV
Wonderful pudding. I didn't change a thing. Be sure to let the cream cheese warm to room temperature before you mix it with the condensed milk. I mixed the cream cheese and the condensed milk together completely before adding the pudding mix, milk, and vanilla. It's very rich but tastes great!

Anniversary Chicken I
Excellent! We butterflied the chicken, pounded it, coated it with egg and then seasoned with Italian breadcrumbs it before browning. This yielded quite a bit of chicken. We then ended up with two layers in the 9x13 pan. Each layer had the teriyaki basting sauce, the ranch dressing (used fat free) and the cheese. We added the bacon bits and the green onion on top and then covered the pan with aluminum foil. Since we had butterflied the chicken and then pounded it, the oven cooking time was 15 minutes. The chicken was nice and tender. The presentation was great! The only drawback were the onions. They were a bit too strong.
