Rhubarb Berry Jam
Didn't have quite enough rubarb so I added some strawberries to make up the difference, otherwise followed the recipe. We really liked this, and so did those who we shared it with. I used as dessert topping over brownies and ice cream..YUM. Thanks.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups
Followed the recipe exactly and thought this was very good. I used a roasted garlic alfredo sauce (from a jar) and it gave it a little extra flavor. Will definately make again.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
This caramel corn was great. It tastes sooo much better than anything you can get at a store. I put mine in Christmas ziploc bags to give away to friends and everyone loved it.
