About this Cook
I'm Amanda. I'm a young mother to a beautiful little girl, and another little girl on the way! I love to cook for my family. I come from a big Italian family who's gatherings always revolve around food! I love trying new (but not weird) things and experimenting with recipes.
My favorite things to cook
Anything in the slow cooker

French Toast Casserole
This was just okay. A little too soggy in the middles, and while it smelled really good while cooking, I still prefer regular french toast.

Beefy Cheesy Pasta
My family LOVED this. We used 1lb of ground beef instead of 1/2 and used half cheddar cheese and half American cheese. YUMMY!!

Cake Mix Cookies IV
The first time I tried this, I used yellow cake mix. The cookies came out okay (they're cookies after all, it takes a lot for a cookie to be bad). They weren't all that great though. I decided to give it a try again and used a DH Chocolate cake mix, and used only one egg (to make it more fudgey, less cake-like)...and YUM, they came out great. I'll have to try some different kinds of cake mix to see which ones are keepers.
