Colonial Pumpkin Bars
These were delicious! I used one and a half cups of sucanat in place of the white sugar and baked them in a 9" X 13" baking dish. Became a very moist sheet cake. Next time I'll use the jelly roll pan. My husband loves pumpkin, so these will quickly become a favorite. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Buttermilk Coleslaw
Great flavor! My first attempt turned out quite soupy. I reduced the mayo to 1 1/2 cups and the buttermilk to 2/3 cup. Perfect! I shredded one whole cabbage rather than using the packaged. My husband loves it.

Italian Style Chili
This seemed like a good chili for a cold, snowy day. It was a hit with family and friends. I used fresh mushrooms and will add chopped bell pepper next time. My husband said, "hang on to this recipe"! It's a keeper.
