Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
This was delicious and so easy. I omitted the Italian dressing (because I didn't have any) and some of the sauce stuck to the slower cooker crock. Next time I'll definitely use the dressing.

Coconut Lentil Soup
I thought this recipe was fabulous - though I did replace the soy milk with coconut milk as others have advised. I also added peas, sliced carrots, cumin, and a bouillon cube to the soup for added flavor.

Apple Crisp III
This recipe was perfect - easy and made with all ingredients I had on hand. I did add some oats for a little extra crunchiness.
