Chocolate Zucchini Cookies
Very good! Almost a cake-like texture. Loved it. Didn't change a thing about the recipe either. I will be making these for an upcoming vacation, however I will be doubling the recipe.

Grilled Salmon I
This is the only salmon recipe we use. We had tons of salmon due to a very productive fishing trip. We marinate it for about 2+ days though. Really good. People who normally won't touch salmon, love it.
