Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, latte in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "Woo Hoo, what a ride!" I like all kinds of cooking, but especially baking. Several blue ribbons for baking at county fair. While preparing Thanksgiving dinner, I grabbed the brown sugar to make the sweet potato casserole. It was at that point I wondered, "Why is this package not opened?!? I had to use brown sugar in the pumpkin pie!" Needless to say, an unsweetened pumpkin pie isn't very good. Thank goodness I figured it out before serving to my guests!!!!
