Beef Stew VI
My husband made this, and it was very good. The only suggestion would be to marinate the meat in Worcestershire sauce first...we thought that it was a bit bland.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Very good. I substituted bacon for the ham and light cream for the sauce. Much easier than I thought it would be.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This was very easy to make, although I think the next time I'll use less butter. Also, if you use skim milk, you don't need to use the full amount--it made it a bit soupy.
