I could not find liquid sweetner anywhere so I used 1 cup of Splenda instead. I also changed the flour amount to 1 cup white flour and 1 cup wheat flour. I substituted pecans for walnuts as I am allergic to walnuts. I had many rave reviews of this cake and my 8 year old son even loves it!
