Bavarian Apple Torte
Made this for my best friends birthday and everyone loved it. It's like the perfect blend of an apple pie and cheesecake.

Crab-Stuffed Catfish
Made this for a picky eater, he loved it. It was so easy to put together and bake. It comes out tasting like a dish you spent hours on and only takes minutes to put together.

Cinnamon-Apple Angel Food Cake
The cake was good, I added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and went without the glaze. Instead I sauteed some cut up apples in honey with cinnamon, nutmeg and ground cloves. Gave people the options of keeping it fat free if they wanted.
