Didn't quite follow the recipe exactly. I'm not one for measuring things out so I just eyeballed the olive oil, white wine, and such. Made only 1 hen but used quite a bit of the white wine & chicken broth to yield more gravy at the end. Also tossed in carrots midway through the baking process--worked great!
