Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

Perfect, the only change I made which kept down the smoke was to only use olive oil. I cooked this in a cast iron pan which is great for maintaining heat and getting super hot.

Best Ever Banana Bread

I have made this several times and keep forgetting to rate it, but there will be no other banana bread recipe used in my house. This is so moist and also freezes well. For my oven the cooking time is a little off, but that is ok.

Mushroom Orzo

This was good, at lot easier to make than risotto with a similar taste. I used portabella mushrooms as they tend to have more flavor. I also used fresh garlic and shallots in place of the pearl onions. Will make again.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

This is a great recipe. The only change made was to use orange marmalade. I made this a while ago and forgot to rate it, but was looking for something to make for dinner and had to find this again. The rub and glaze are just perfect. Only marniated for a few hours and baked it in the oven. I put half the glaze on the pork while it is cooking and save half for dipping.

Succulent Pork Chops

I am the submitter of this recipe. You need to add the olive oil to the rest of the seasonings while marinating or coat each chop and then put the seasoning on the chop, even if freezing. Then no additional oil is needed to either pan fry or grill.

Tasty. I used the wonton wrappers and closed them with a pastry cutter. It was easier to close once I did the egg wash on the top as well as the bottom. The wetness helped.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This was very good, I used boneless thighs. Next time I will add onion and crushed garlic for a bit more flavor. Very quick and perfect for a week night. I mixed the potatoes, spices, chicken and olive oil in the bowl together. Didn't use the full amount of olive oil. Also, I did not baste the last 15 minutes and it still had plenty of flavor.
