I am a work from home mum from Sydney, Australia. I have 2 beautiful kids, a new baby son and a toddler daughter. Since giving up work in the city to look after my babies i have progressed much further with my cooking and take alot more interest in it now that I have additional mouths to feed. I love cooking different pizzas, pasta dishes and desserts. I like to try cooking anything that is a USA restaurant style dish as I miss these from my visit to the USA and am forever trying to perfect my recipes so I can have those great flavours here at home. My husband is chinese so we have very mixed cooking traditions. We have a wide range of different dishes which is great for our children to experience and we enjoy the variety! Pavlova bases - They always crack or are hollow and then cave in when decorating!
