Chocolate desserts have to be my favorite (closely followed by grilled/smoked meats). There's nothing quite like a great mousse or flourless chocolate cake. My mother used to let my siblings and I get together and assemble our own eggrolls for the family. My wife and I have just started that on in our house. So we're in search of our perfect eggroll recipe. My first chocolate souffle. Since my wife isn't much of a dessert person, I had to eat most of it myself, but it was worth it.
