I am a 28 year old stay at home mom. I am a mother of 2 girls - Elaina - 7 and Preslie - 1 year. I have a wonderful husband, Marc, that I count my blessings each day that he is in my life. He takes such great care of me and the 2 girls. On that note....I love to fill his belly with great food to show my appreciation.
Since I am at home, I have been experimenting in the kitchen. I love reading cookbooks and making weekly menus. I have it posted on the fridge each week so everyone knows what we are eating. It has kept me organized and saved me tons of $$$.

Can I add stars? AMAZING!!! It's just like the middle eastern place I order out from. I only used 1 tbs of sumac because it is very strong. I can't wait to make more! Thanks so much for the recipe. I had a co-worker pick up the spice at her local arabic grocery store since I can't find it near my house.

Lemon Orzo Primavera
You HAVE to try this one! I followed a couple other people and added the veggies half way through so they wouldn't get mushy, but otherwise, followed the recipe as is. Everyone loved it. It was a great side to a light meal. I served it with fish/pork chops and steamed broccoli. I will make this again -- for sure!! Thanks!
