I made this and it was delicious. I used turkey kielbasa, sliced and cut in half. I added 3 diced bliss red potatos, a diced onion, diced fennel and sliced portabello mushroom. I only used salt and pepper for seasoning. It all was cooked in a covered skillet for no more than 25 minutes. I will definitely make this again.

I made the cake as the recipe was given and it came out delicious and got very good reviews. The homemade whipped cream & oreos made this cake. Wouldnt change anything.

This cake was delicious. I added 1/2 cup of walnuts and baked for only 47 minutes. I also microwaved a 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting(any brand) for 30 seconds and poured on top of cooled cake. Good alternative to pumpkin pie. Will make again!!
