Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes
I made this and it was delicious. I used turkey kielbasa, sliced and cut in half. I added 3 diced bliss red potatos, a diced onion, diced fennel and sliced portabello mushroom. I only used salt and pepper for seasoning. It all was cooked in a covered skillet for no more than 25 minutes. I will definitely make this again.
