I am a freshman at Albion College, and an avid equestrian who loves animals. I love to bake, and I am constantly on the look out for healthy recipes. I love baking cookies and cakes. Making pierogies for Christmas Eve dinner. Nothing particularly spectacular, I just recently made my first quiche for Easter and got rave reviews. Attempting to make pie crust, I wasn't really clear on how to cut in the butter. Needless to say it didn't end well.
