Slow Cooker Lasagna
excellent and so easy to make!! I did use ricotta instead of cottage cheese and used 2 jars of spaghetti sauce instead of tomatoes. My picker eater asked for more!!!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas
excellent and so easy to make. I made them ahead and baked when we returned from practice. Perfect!
