Chicken Breasts Pierre
this is a great recipe...my boyfriend normally doesn't eat tomatoes and he actually ate all of them!...this is a fast recipe b/c most of the time consists of just letting it simmer..i took other people's advice and (1) used less butter, (2) used red wine for water, (3) used red wine vinegar for balsamic, (4) added veggies, and (5) doubled the sauce...i'll definitely make this one again!!...thanks, nancy! =)
