New England Clam Chowder II
Excellent! I've always loved clam chowder and was a bit unsure about making my own. This recipe is delicious. I even made chicken corn chowder by modifying the recipe a little.

Blackened Salmon Fillets
This is very good. I added cajun spice just to get it a little more spicier. Good and easy to do.

Sweet and Sour Sauce I
This recipe complimented my chicken stir fry very well. The only changes I made to the sauce was added about a tbsp of balsamic vinegar and about two tbsps of brown sugar --very delicious!
