Home-Fried Potatoes
I used leftover baked yukon gold potatos and they turned out wonderful. I have used the boiling method before and they seemed a bit too soft. The potatos held up really well while frying in canola oil and the flavor with the onions and peppers was definately a crowd pleaser. Don't forget to have some Tobasco on hand :)

Mack's Tunaburgers
I wouldn't say this tastes anything like real beef but it did turn out really good. I did add the entire egg which held the patty together really well. I also didn't add teriyaki sauce at all, instead I added some sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, black pepper and lots of dill. Before I pan-fried them I coated them with bread crumbs so they were nice and crispy. I agree with another user that these would be great served on salad.

Real French Crepes
Very good. For the filling I stirred some fresh lemon zest and juice into some cottage cheese and then I topped them with some warm marionberry sauce. I made these for a large group and everyone really LOVED them! No complaints. I will make these again.
