I had one of those "Can't Function Without Chocolate" moments and this cake did just the trick! Reading the recipe I was scared it would be dry as some of these mircowave cakes are, but this wasnt! I added an extra T cocoa and extra 1/2 C as other recommended and the cake was moist, fluffy, chocolatey and decadent. Will definitely make it again! Hmm but after looking at the Nutrition Facts not TOO soon!

My husband hates asparagus, but even he admitted that this is the tastiest asparagus he's ever had! I had to cook the asparagus a bit more, took me about about 25 mins in the oven, but I prefer my asparagus a little on the softer side rather than crisp. Will definitely make again!

I made this late at night as a last minute dessert to bring, and it is REALLY a good carrot cake! I was out of vegetable oil so I had to improvise and used 2 sticks of melted margarine instead. The frosting isn't stiff enough for my preference, and is a bit too sweet. I may look for a different frosting recipe next time. LOVE IT!
