Caramelized Baked Chicken
I made this recipe with chicken wings. They were amazing! I followed CRANKERCHICK's tips and they came out perfect.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
Unfortunately, this cake was really TOO much chocolate for us. My husband and kids only took a bite each and said it was way too rich for them. I had to throw out most of the cake, and food never goes to waste in my house. Give me a moist fudge brownie over this cake any day!

Baked Fake Steak with Gravy
My entire family loves this recipe--even my step-son who hates mushrooms (he just picks around them). This is definitely one of my favorite recipes for those nights I just want something easy to cook. Plus the leftovers are great for lunch the next day.
