Onion Rings
I made this exactly as the recipe is written. I loved how the batter completely coated the onion rings, however it was lacking some serious flavor. Seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper? Not my favorite onion ring batter, but then again I'm a bit of an onion ring snob. :)

Cajun Style Burgers
Great burgers! I doubled the recipe using 1 lb ground beef and 1lb ground pork. Omitted the egg and added 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce. I topped the burgers with the seasoned BBQ, red onions, cheddar cheese and bacon. Bacon is a must! Better than any restaurant burger I've had in a while!

Caramelized Baked Chicken
I made this recipe with chicken wings. They were amazing! I followed CRANKERCHICK's tips and they came out perfect.
