I'm a mom of two little boys, so I have very little time, but I do love to cook...and eat. I like to cook with the seasons. Soups & stews in the crock pot during the cold winter months, baking apple pies in the fall, experimenting with fresh veggies, herbs and fruits in the springtime. My grandmother is a great cook. She knew how to make the kitchen smell wonderful. I hope that I continue to do the same in my own kitchen. My very first Thanksgiving Dinner with the in-laws. It went great! Got lots of good recipes and ideas from this website too. I've been known to leave out or even add an extra cup of something, especially when I bake. Sometimes my mind just wanders...
