Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
I would make the balls of dough at least 1 inch in diameter, any smaller and when putting in the peanut butter cup, the top will stick out, so make sure you're using enough dough. *side note: I also put the peanut butter cups in the freezer for 2 hours before using them, and took off the wrapping a half hour prior to putting them in the cookies. Wonderful recipe!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Really great recipe, but needed to add more bbq sauce than what was called for. In fact about another half bottle which made this dish perfect!

Alfredo Sauce
I added two cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. This recipe really felt like I was eating out at an authentic Italian restaurant. I will never buy pre-made alfedo sauce again!
