Sweet and Gooey Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
I mixed the recipe as is and taste tested the sauce. I found it to be way too salty for my liking, and lacking in the sweet department. So I added about 1/4 cup water, and 2-3 tbsp of honey. I cooked them covered for 45 mins, and uncovered for 20. Removed wings from sauce and mixed in some corn starch to thincken, added wings back into sauce and put back into the oven at 375 for 10 mins. Came out quite well. I would cut the soy sauce in half and not add water.

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
Delicious! Even my Cousin's super picky son loved it! Rich and creamy and fantastic! I was afraid that my parmesan cheese was not going to melt, so I turned the heat up just a bit and didn't stop stirring. Turned out just fine! Awesome recipe!

Original Irish Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
A little bit strong for me, so I just added a bit more cream. Other than that pretty darn tasty!! Best part of all is that it's super easy and quick to put together! Thank you!

Wonderful muffins! I could go either way with the topping, very tasty, but the muffins themselves are sufficient. Thank you!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
If there were 10 stars, I would give 11! The dip was absolutely amazing. I hadn't ever made a spinach artichoke dip before and I will never make a different one than this one. Everything about it was perfect! I doubled the recipe and used 1/4 cup mayo and a 1/4 cup sour cream, I used fresh chopped spinach instead of frozen, and used a 5 cheese mixture (provolone, mozzarella, romano, asiago, and parmesan). Then for dipping I cut up a sour dough baguette and brushed it with garlic butter and toasted it in the oven. Everyone loved it and most passed on the main course! Thank you for a delicious recipe!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
Very good basic recipe, definitely a lot of options for spicing it up a bit. Instead of putting the food through a food mill we placed the majority of the ingredients in the food processor and left it a bit chunky. Very delightful and refreshing! Thank you!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
Very delicious! Always fun to try a new recipe out and immediately love it! Didn't have any problems with them falling apart, just sticking to the pan slightly, which could be fixed with a bit more oil (I used quite sparingly). We ate them like regular burgers with sliced tomato, onion, and pickle, dijon, mayo, and ketchup. We will definitely be making these again soon. Thanks for the recipe!
