Cranberry-Almond Apple Pie
Very good pie. I would cut back on the sugar in the pie, unless the apples are very tart. I used 3/4 cup the second time I made it...actually get the flavor of the apples better. Also, baking time was longer than necessary...check the tenderness of the apples after 45 minutes.

Apricot Pecan Bars
Sooo good! I used red cherry preserves, since that was what I had on hand. It was great! Very sweet and rich. Thought I'd try using part preserves and part dried fruit next time, such as apricots or dates, to make it just a bit less sweet and caloric.

Easy Peach Cream Pie
Many compliments on this pie!! It is so quick, especially with a store-bought crust (I use Pillsbury rolled-up crust). I added a bit of lemon juice over the peaches to enhance the flavor.
