Super easy and great for cookie exchanges! Can't wait to try them with peanut butter chips instead of toffee bits!

Excellent! I get usual requests for this one at pot-lucks! The first time I made this I threw the ingredients in the Kitchen-Aide and started working on another dish. I then realized I whipped it too much and it would not hold. I just placed the mixture into a massive martini glass and called in a Chocolate Martini dip! The second time I was more cautious of my mixing and placed in a bowl (once wrapped in saran) and then put in the freezer to speed up the molding. Instead of rolling in chocolate chips I chop up praline nut mix and skor bits - gives it a little toffee flavour - YUMMY

Excellent! I made a double batch of these for a New Year's party and they were gone in NO time flat. Really tasty! Will be adding this to my cookbook for sure!
