This is a great recipe for anytime. The tortellini is a nice touch above the usual broccoli salads I've made. I did double the amount of dressing, and used 1/2 regular light mayo, 1/2 light miracle whip, but did not double the sugar. I waited until serving before adding any additional dressing to taste.

This was great! I will cut the potatoes a little thinner. If you cut 1/4" thick you may wanna keep it in the oven longer to have the sauce stick more and to be sure the potatoes get a little softer in the middle. Also my potatoes were LARGE, so I had at least 1-2 potatoes left over as the pan wasn't big enough. Definitely need to let the potatoes cool before slicing. I'll be making this again!

Exactly what I was looking for. There seemed to be extra mayo and everything else. So I will keep extra broccoli on hand to add to the mix. There really isn't a standard size broccoli head.
