Chicken Pot Pie VIII
Delicious pot pie. I have not had the time/energy to make a crust with this, but I'm sure that makes it even better. I have baked this with refrigerated biscuits on top to save time and it came out very good. The last time I made the filling I doubled it and froze half of it.

Shepherd's Pie VI
With a few minor changes this reminded me so much of a recipe my mom made when I was a little kid! Instead of mashing the carrots I added sliced fresh carrots and frozen green beans in with the meat mixture for a few minutes to get them started cooking. This is a good, easy recipe.

Very Chocolate Ice Cream
This is the best ice cream recipe I have ever made. It came out great. It even stays good in the freezer for a few days.
